Role Description

As eCommerce Project Manager, you’re responsible for overseeing our clients’ landing page and web needs. You’ll oversee the process for design, development, and launch and ensure landing pages are tracked and tested within necessary timelines. You will be in daily communication with Homestead team members and contractor teams. This role requires excellent project management and communication between all parties (team members, leadership team, clients, contractors).


  • Ensure Homestead is on schedule for client deliverables
  • Adhere to internal Landing Page process and ensure there is a constantly updated task board of each project’s status
  • Conduct calls with team members as needed, take meeting notes, create summaries from calls and post follow up action items in Slack
  • Post daily end-of-day updates in dedicated Slack channel
  • Provide fast responses in email & Slack inboxes between Homestead team members and contractor teams
  • Assist account managers with creative & design requests for landing page assets
  • Set up tracking for landing pages (pixels, Tracking Scripts, Hotjar, goal/event scripts etc) and testing to ensure pages are tracking correctly
  • Set up reporting dashboards to track results of landing pages (pulling in data from: Facebook, Google Analytics, and other channels)
  • Monitor data/results and flagging issues to ensure results are accurate
  • Lead ideation of new landing page templates, variations, a/b tests



  • Preference for Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong experience with Google Drive, Spreadsheets and Docs
  • Deep perspective on digital marketing with a strong understanding of what a compelling landing page should look like
  • Ability to analyze raw data and formulate insights for client strategy
  • Sensational communicator
  • Passionate about servicing clients and building brands
  • Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills
  • Problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail and flawless execution on all assigned tasks
  • Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends (if needed)
