Role Description

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will work directly with the Email Manager to ensure smooth and successful development of each email project from start to finish. You will write copy, execute on various Klaviyo projects, and perform routine client health checks. You will stay up to date on current marketing and software trends. You will collaborate with the Email Manager, Account Manager, and Creative Team to ensure goals are aligned across all channels. You will have all the resources you need to be successful and will be in daily communication with team members.   • Set up emails in Klaviyo, including building out flow structures, uploading emails, setting up A/B testing, and implementing/testing links
  • A/B test subject lines, send times, CTA's and offers to gain insight and learnings to continually improve campaign performance and meet KPIs
  • Write copy for weekly/monthly email campaigns and new client/existing client automated flows
  • Work with Email Manager on client content calendars, internal calendars, and overall email strategy
  • Update optimization logs and perform routine client health checks
  • Collaborate with Email Manager, Account Managers, and Creative Team to ensure alignment between channels
  • Research new industry trends and ideas to continue improving email strategies and performance


Who You Are:

You are excellent at communicating and managing tasks. You have strong copywriting skills and can put yourself in the shoes and voice of the brand. You are incredibly detail oriented and can focus on the finer, more particular touch points. You're highly organized and can juggle multiple requests and prioritize your task list based on urgent needs. You recognize how we can solve problems and thrive on helping clients succeed. You're passionate about e-commerce and motivated to learn and continue education in the field.


  • Preference for Bachelor’s degree
  • At least one year of experience with Klaviyo or another ESP
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience with Google Drive, Spreadsheets and Docs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Understanding of basic email and SMS practices (copy, layout, design, etc.)
  • Problem-solver mindset, heavy attention to detail and flawless execution on all assigned tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure under tight deadlines
  • Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends (if needed)
